Günther H. Oettinger
Günther H. Oettinger was born on October 15, 1953 in Stuttgart and grew up in Ditzingen, where he attended elementary school. He attended high school in Korntal and graduated from high school, then studied law and economics at the University of Tübingen. After the first state law examination, he worked as a research assistant at a law professorship and passed the second state law examination at the beginning of 1982.
The CDU politician was a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament from April 1984 to February 2010 and chairman of the CDU state parliamentary group from January 1991 to April 2005. From April 2005 to February 2010 he held the office of Prime Minister of the state of Baden-Württemberg.
He was a member of the European Commission from February 2010 to the end of November 2019, initially as Commissioner for Energy until 2014, then as Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society until 2016, and most recently as Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources from 2017 to 2019.
Today Günther H. Oettinger is the managing director of a management consulting company based in Hamburg and a member of various supervisory boards and advisory boards. He is the honorary president of United Europe e. V. and the EBS University of Economics and Law in Wiesbaden and Oestrich-Winkel.
Prof. Christoph Ehrhardt
Prof. Dipl. Ing. Christoph Ehrhardt, born on May 14, 1959 in Essen, is a renowned German architect and industrial engineer. After studying architecture at the Technical University of Stuttgart and additionally studying economics, he began his career as a project manager and architect at Heinle Wischer & Partner and GUS.
His entrepreneurial career took him from management at Prof. Weiss & Partner to global partnerships at Arthur Andersen and EY to the founding of Bennix Strategic Advisory GmbH. There he is now responsible for strategic management consulting, project management and transaction consulting for project real estate companies and family offices. In addition, Ehrhardt is a member of various supervisory and advisory boards.
Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube
Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube, born in Hamburg in 1952, began his career with training as a metal aircraft manufacturer at Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm in 1969. After studying engineering in the field of vehicle construction and aircraft technology at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and further studies in business and vocational education at the University of Hamburg , he received his doctorate in industrial and polytechnics in 1986.
His professional career took him from lecturing at the University of Hamburg to various management positions at Messerschmitt Bölkow-Blohm GmbH, Deutsche Airbus GmbH and Daimler-Benz Aerospace AG, to managerial positions at Daimler-Benz and DaimlerChrysler AG. As Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Bahn AG from 2009 to 2017 and currently as Chairman of Lazard Germany and founder of Rüdiger Grube International Business Leadership, he has proven his leadership qualities. In addition, Prof. Grube is involved as CEO of his charity organization Wirtschaft kann Kinder e. V. and is a member of various supervisory boards.
He is in his second marriage to Cornelia Poletto and is the father of two children.
Dr. Oliver Krauß
Dr. Oliver Krauss has more than 20 years of experience in high-profile corporate and litigation matters as well as representing activist and corporate governance investors in German listed companies.
The qualified lawyer played and continues to play a leading role in some of the most prominent trials in German corporate history, including since 2011 in the so-called Postbank trials against Deutsche Bank AG and between 2002 and 2014 as co-counsel of Dr. Leo Kirch in his various lawsuits for damages from the Kirch Group against Deutsche Bank AG.
Dipl.-Kfm. Jürgen Kutz
Has held leading positions in the real estate sector for over 40 years with a focus on the planning, development and construction of urban districts (residential, commercial, mixed areas).
His central tasks so far have been building and managing a market-leading German project developer with up to 900 employees and a development volume of over 12 billion euros. This also included project placements to institutional investors (KVGs, pension funds, pension funds, insurance companies). Ronald Pofalla
Ronald Pofalla was in politics for many years and sat in the German Bundestag for the CDU from 1990. He later served as Secretary General of the CDU Germany as well as Head of the Federal Chancellery and Federal Minister for Special Tasks.

Im Jahr 2015 wechselte der ausgebildete Jurist in die Wirtschaft zur Deutschen Bahn AG. Dort war Ronald Pofalla Generalbevollmächtigter für politische und internationale Beziehungen, Vorstand für Wirtschaft, Recht und Regulierung sowie Vorstand für Infrastruktur.
Als Vorstand der CGRE AG liegen seine Kompetenzschwerpunkte bei den Themen Nachhaltigkeit, Energie und Digitalisierung.
Dipl.-Kfm. Jürgen Kutz
Seit über 40 Jahren in leitenden Positionen im Immobiliensektor mit Schwerpunkten in der Planung, Entwicklung und dem Bau von Stadtquartieren (Wohnen, Gewerbe, Mischgebiete) tätig.
Seine zentralen Aufgaben bisher lagen im Aufbau und in der Leitung eines marktführenden deutschen Projektentwicklers mit bis zu 900 Mitarbeitern und über 12 Mrd. Euro Entwicklungsvolumen. Das beinhaltete auch Projekt-Platzierungen an institutionelle Investoren (KVGs, Versorgungswerke, Pensionskassen, Versicherungen). Er verfügt über ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Bauleitplanung, Baugenehmigung, Finanzierung, Aktien- und Kapitalmarkt, NPL und Asset Management.
Günther H. Oettinger
Günther H. Oettinger wurde am 15. Oktober 1953 in Stuttgart geboren und wuchs in Ditzingen auf, wo er die Volksschule besuchte. Im Korntal besuchte er das Gymnasium und machte das Abitur, anschließend absolvierte er an der Universität in Tübingen das Studium der Rechtswissenschaften und der Volkswirtschaft. Der CDU-Politiker war von April 1984 bis Februar 2010 Mitglied des Landtags von Baden-Württemberg und von Januar 1991 bis April 2005 Vorsitzender der CDU-Landtagsfraktion. Von April 2005 bis Februar 2010 hatte er das Amt des Ministerpräsidenten des Landes Baden-Württemberg inne.
Er gehörte von Februar 2010 bis Ende November 2019 der Europäischen Kommission an, zunächst bis 2014 als Kommissar für Energie, anschließend bis 2016 als Kommissar für Digitale Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft, zuletzt von 2017 bis 2019 als Kommissar für Haushalt und Personal.
Heute ist Günther H. Oettinger Geschäftsführer einer Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft mit Sitz in Hamburg sowie Mitglied in verschiedenen Aufsichtsräten und Beiräten. Im Ehrenamt ist er Präsident von United Europe e. V. und der EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in Wiesbaden und Oestrich-Winkel.

Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Grube, geboren 1952 in Hamburg, begann seine Karriere mit einer Ausbildung zum Metallflugzeugbauer bei Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm im Jahr 1969. Nach seinem Ingenieursstudium im Bereich Fahrzeugbau und Flugzeugtechnik an der Fachhochschule Hamburg und weiterführenden Studien in Wirtschafts- und Berufspädagogik an der Universität Hamburg, promovierte er 1986 in Industrie- und Polytechnik.
Seine berufliche Laufbahn führte ihn von einer Dozententätigkeit an der Universität Hamburg über verschiedene Managementpositionen bei Messerschmitt Bölkow-Blohm GmbH, Deutsche Airbus GmbH und Daimler-Benz Aerospace AG bis hin zu leitenden Funktionen bei Daimler-Benz und DaimlerChrysler AG. Als Vorstandsvorsitzender der Deutschen Bahn AG von 2009 bis 2017 und aktuell als Vorsitzender bei Lazard Deutschland sowie Gründer der Rüdiger Grube International Business Leadership hat er seine Führungsqualitäten unter Beweis gestellt. Darüber hinaus engagiert sich Prof. Grube als CEO seiner Wohltätigkeitsorganisation Wirtschaft kann Kinder e. V. und ist Mitglied in verschiedenen Aufsichtsräten.

Dr. Oliver Krauß
Dr. Oliver Krauß verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in hochkarätigen Unternehmens- und Rechtsstreitigkeiten sowie in der Vertretung von aktivistischen und Corporate-Governance-Investoren in deutschen börsennotierten Unternehmen.
